Autobiography

Mynbatyrova Nurlaiym Kanbatyrovna, Kazakh, higher education-lawyer, candidate of Legal Sciences-was born on December 17, 1964 in the Saryagash district of the Turkish region. In 1971-1981 she studied and graduated from high school. Amangeldy in the village of Zhibek zholy of this district. Mynbatyrova N. K. in 1981 she entered the historical faculty of the Shymkent Pedagogical Institute, in 1986 she graduated from this institute with a degree in History and Pedagogy. From 1986 to 1994, he worked as a teacher of history, society and foundations at the K. Satpayev School No. 10 in Saryagash. In 1998, he entered the Kazakh State Law University, from which he graduated in 2001 with a degree in Jurisprudence. From 1994 to 2007 he worked as an assistant, teacher, senior lecturer at the Department of History of State and Law of the Kazakh State Law University, the subject of theory and history of state and law. Mynbatyrova Nurlai Kanbatyrovna in April 2003, under the leadership of the Academy of NAS RK Zimanov Salyk Zimanovich, defended her PhD thesis on the topic "Judicial decisions Tole bi and Kazakh customary law". From 2007 to the present, Mynbatyrova Nurlai Kanbatyrovna has been working as an associate professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law of KazNU.Al-Farabi. On April 5, 2022, by the decision of the Committee for Quality Assurance in the field of education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, N.K. Mynbatyrova was awarded the academic title of associate professor (associate professor) in the specialty "Jurisprudence". Mynbatyrova Nurlai Kanbatyrovna is the author of more than 120 scientific papers. The total work experience is 37 years, including scientific and pedagogical-29 years.
